The staff is great. The product is horrible. I have worn progressive lenses for over a decade without an issue. The lenses they use are horrible! My wife and I both had to change the lenses three times and ultimately just returned the glasses for a refund. The staff was polite and refunded our money, but we still don't have glasses to fit our prescription.

We were Hour Glass customers and were very happy with their product. I wish myeyedr would use the same.
